visiting web sites. This information is not person specific,
but rather computer specific. We are not permitted to condition child's participation
in an activity on the child providing more personal information

The Birthday club uses the supplied information to send
the child an electronic birthday card and a coupon redeemable
for a free birthday gift from Krisch's. The current gift
is a free ice cream cone. This gift may change in the future.

The Scoop-O-Matic game collects game user names, game
scores, and the time the game was played in order to keep
track of the weekly high scores. The top 5 scores of the
week are
displayed
publicly
and are
deleted
from record weekly. Top 5 weekly
high scores and the associated game names are available
for public view. This web site does not require public to
agree
to maintain confidentiality, security and integrity of
the top 5 high scores and the associated game names. The
date and time of each game play is not shared
with any third
parties.
Parental Options
Parents of children under 13 have the option to:

their child's personal information
- remove all of their children's information from our
records
- refuse any further collection of the child's information
- consent to internal use of children's information while
NOT consenting to disclosure of the information to third
